Kurt Schoen-René replied on August 04, 2008 20:54 to the question "Why doesn't Geezeo support ING Direct?" in Geezeo:
Ok on the main site, non-beta that is here's how:
. Log into your ING Direct USA account (via ING's website).
2. Go to your ING "My Accounts" page.
3. On the right side, you will see a disk icon that reads "Download". Click that icon.
4. Choose the dates for the data that you want to import to Geezeo.
5. Click the "Microsoft Money" tab.
6. Choose to save the file.
7. Log into your Geezeo account.
8. Click the "Add Accounts" icon located to the right on your "dashboard" page, and then click on the "Checking or Savings Account" icon.
9. A "Live Search" box will appear. Below the box reads "click here to manually add your bank". Click on the "click here" link.
10. Input your bank name ("ING Direct USA") and your current balance.
11. Upload the OFX file that you just downloaded from your ING Direct USA account.
12. Click "Add Bank"
13. Your ING Direct USA account should now appear under "My Accounts".
With the beta, the functionality was getting redesigned a bit so we disabled it for the time being, I can let you know when that's back here or through a support ticket or email if you want, just let me know!

Hey there Sean,
Sorry for not getting back to you right away, but the issue with ING Direct - US seems to be very specific, they are either actively blocking us (automatic account aggregation) at the moment or something to that effect. With our current site you can still add your accounts manually, which I would be happy to provide instructions on doing, but we are most definitely aware of this issue. Like you said ING Direct - Canada works just fine so we know our software should work. If you would like instructions just let me know!

Adding home/real estate values into Geezeo to affect Net Worth calculation! The Beta has a neat tool so our users can add in the value of their homes/other real estate assets that are associated with their mortgage/loan accounts. This will give a more accurate Net Worth calculation and allow users to see their progress! I have added an image of where the option can be found within the Mortgage/loan account's detail page. Let me know if you have questions!

Kurt Schoen-René replied on July 31, 2008 17:04 to the question "Deleting goals?" in Geezeo:
Hi there, Deleting a goal can be done from your "Goals" page, you need only mouse over the goal you wish to delete and a drop down box should appear. Simply hit the 'x' button and it the site will prompt an 'are you sure message' which you click yes. Hope that helps!
Thanks for checking out the beta!
