Great customer service by both Spotify/7Digital. That's a great way to stop people file sharing for free. Not! We try to buy and they make it such a poor experience that we may think of going back to the old free download ways, where we don't risk our money. Come on Spotify/7Digital get it sorted. Also having to ask customer service questions on a 'forum' without having a dedicated customer service site from either Spotify, or 7Digital is not good. Like I say, they take our money, we would like a proper service in return; otherwise, its back to Limewire and Piratebay etc. Their choice!!!!

Could not seem to purchase an album. Don't know if I have been charged!!Hi. I tried to by an album tonite for the first time, ( 7/11/09), at about 9pm, (Lolita Storm GFSU). I entered my card details into the little window, pressed the buy button, and nothing happened. The card purchase window went blank. I tried again, and the same thing happened . I checked in the 'purchases' area of my account, and there is nothing there. I'm not very impressed with this as I don't know if i have been charged, once, twice, or not at all. Please could you check this out.
