No "NVIDIA Control Panel" menu on desktop

When you click right mouse button on Desktop and press "More" you get desktop properties like resolution and stuff, However, there should be also NVIDIA Control Panel which IS NOT in "More" menu.
To get to the NVIDIA Control Panel I need to turn off BumpTop and then press right mouse button on windows default desktop.

I would like to see full flat physics (still 3d camera) in BumpTop because auto-straighten icons set to 0 degrees and "Always Bump" enabled doesn't really work as it should be. It's easily possible to drag an icon through another icon.
I'm not sure if it's physics problem or not but that would be cool if physics precision would be adjustable as well.

It would be more clear to find file names if there would be black border around each letter because sometimes the background might be white and the it's impossible to read the file names.

What I mean by saying black border is stroked/outlined text. (white font, black border).
