The Comcast phone tree asks for a phone number associated with the account before anything else and routes the caller to the provider for the area matching that phone number. The problem is that I don't have a land line and I've moved far away from the area code on my cell phone. So when I enter my cell phone number into the prompt, it routes me to Time Warner Cable even though my account it through Comcast. I have to guess a phone number for my area every time I call.

when attempting to upgrade the ipod touch to the latest iphone software, i get the following error:

"There was a problem downloading the iPod sfotware for the iPod "". You do not have permission to access the requested resource. . ."

the itunes store has already taken my payment of $9.99 for the iphone software.
