Yes, I did exactly that. My Sprint cell says that the message to 40404 was sent successfully, but nothing ever happens. I do not receive a reply from Twitter either when I send HELP. – Kyle Dylan Conner, on May 13, 2008 19:21

I have a Sprint phone and I've tried verifying my phone over and over, but nothing works. I checked the FAQ and I don't think those frequent problems are affecting me. Could it be a Sprint problem with the short code?
