I'm subscribed to an RSS feed, and there are now duplicates of HD and HD 720P, and both are getting downloaded. However, if I could add a flag to the URL, I could prevent this from happening. But I don't see a way in Miro to do this.

So is there a file somewhere where I can edit the feed URL, or is there a way to preserve the list of files already downloaded, and delete/re-add the feed with the new URL?

Well after having my machine in the shop for over a week, where they replaced the video card, still has the same issue. Firefox & Safari. Also tried swapping out RAM for known good sticks. Same problem. Leads me to think there is some incompatibility between CoolIris and the ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro card?

Sure would be nice if developers would comment on this.

Well, I've also been having issues in other full-screen video-intense applications, Aperture, etc. including some kernel panics. Signs point to me needing to invoke AppleCare on my video board. Sorry for the (seemingly) false alarm.

Ok, sys admin at work suggested 10.5.6 update might fix the video glitch. CoolIris shows a little bit differently, but overall little-to-no improvement :-(

So this video pretty much shows what's going on. I'm using Firefox 3.0.4 and CoolIris 1.9 on Mac OS X 10.5.5.



Basically looks like the background, and most zoomed images are glitched out containing bits of other pictures and text from my photo library and webpages and all kinds of other garbage. This video is the product of simply bringing up the cooliris prefs and saying save & launch.

This has been happening for the last few weeks, and the first time seemed to get better after a reboot, but not anytime since...

Boxee is fantastic. I got a used Mac Mini mainly just for Boxee. I found out about it from my boss at work. Can't wait for Netflix/Silverlight support :-)

Aperture Plugin crashes every time.

Aperture plugin won't let me login to my account, crashes Aperture EVERY time I try.

I am using the latest version of Aperture (2.1.1), but I also have a copy of 1.5.6 laying around, the same problem happens with both versions. I've even tried using a different user account on my computer.

From searching around the web, I've heard the Mac support from this company is entirely non-existent. The Aperture plugin is the only reason I decided to use them, but I've been sorely let down so far.

Some other twitter apps have their own browser function, so you don't have to jump to mobile safari, back to home screen, and into (twitter app) again. But none of the other ones have "Nearby", so Twinkle is my favorite still. Clickable links in any capacity would secure the win though.

Doesn't appear to be possible, so consider this an urgent feature request.

I've taken to using google calendar for keeping my work/home computers and my iPod Touch calendars in sync. But I am the member of a club that uses Yahoo calendar for its scheduling. Would be fantastic if I could subscribe directly to this yahoo calendar from within iCal or Google Calendar.

I've got my library all filled out, but I was wondering if there was an option other than extra "shelves" to catalog the movies my roommate has. Would be nice to have a pseudo-separate library.

Also, it would be cool if there was some kind of "subscribe" feature (perhaps RSS-based) for the published webpages, so I could see what coworkers have in case there was something I wanted to borrow.

So I can buy prints from my flickr account. I'm also paying Flickr for a pro account. Why can't I make profit from my work if I allow others access to buy prints? I did see the Flickr FAQ entry about not using Flickr for commercial purpases, but money is already changing hands, just that Flickr/Yahoo gets it all.
