I think you are comparing apples to oranges here. First off, Inkubook does not even offer 8.5x8.5" Hardcover, the product you ordered 4 copies of from us. Second, they do not offer a 12x12" book - rather an 11"x11" book. 12x12", as you probably know, is the standard size for scrapbooking and a beautiful format. Therefore, I don't see how you could be comparing prices.
As you probably already know, we offer a quality guarantee on our products. If you receive your books and you are still dissatisfied with the quality we offer for the price, you can email us and we'll make sure you are taken care of.

Mixbooks can take up 5 business days to ship. During Christmas, we have been shipping a little faster - usually 1-2 business days to ship. If you order on Monday, there is a chance you may get your order by Christmas - really depends on the print volume at our printer and on UPS delivery. Hope that helps!
