I started having problems with my iPhone calendar not syncing to my Outlook calendar after my company moved my Outlook mailbox from 2003 to 2007. Entries added/changed in Outlook were not updating in iPhone AND entries added/changed on iPhone were not updating on Outlook.

I don't sync my calendar/contacts using iTunes because it is not allowed to be installed on my work system where my Outlook mailbox and files are so I rely on Exchange to sync.

I tried a bunch of things from this post, but nothing worked. Here is what DID work though:
- On iPhone, went to Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Selected my Outlook mail Account
- Toggled the "Calendar" setting to "Off". This warned me it would delete my iPhone calendar, so I accepted it.
- Opened calendar in iPhones and confirmed it was empty.
- Went back to Settings and turned "Calendar" setting back to "On"
- Opened calendar in iPhones and confirmed it was now showing appointments from my Outlook calendar

After doing this I tested several times adding calendar items in Outlook and they are not going to my phone within a few minutes. I have also added several calendar items to the calendar on the iPhone and they are now going syncing to Outlook.

It seems there was some interference caused by the Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 move and reseting the entire calendar fixed it. Hopefully it will be a permanent fix! For reference, my iPhone is running version 3.0.1.

Warning, before you try this if you have calendar items added from iPhone they will get wiped out if you do this and they have not synced to Outlook, so make sure you re-enter those after or go ahead and put them manually in Outlook.
