He's right, they're trying to strong-arm companies by saying, "Give us at least $100 a month or we'll keep telling all your customers you don't care about them." These fake support forums show up in search engine listings -- this is serious.-

I read a blog post that turned me off to your siteThis entire site is kind of a shakedown. If a business chooses not to participate in your little start-up venture it's accused of being uncommitted "to open conversation about its products and services." If the company doesn't even know they have a forum on your site, they just look like they're ignoring their customers' comments. You need to make it clearer that you're in no way affiliated with or authorized by the companies you create these forums for. At the very least, your unauthorized use of these companies' logos is probably copyright infringement. -
