Spotify has updated itself for as long as I know.

The music is not cached in the temp folder, unless you've set it yourself. And the cache files end with .file, not .exe.

In general japanese music is rather popular in Europe. Eg Paris has a very large (I think the world's largest outside of Japan) japanese popular culture convention with ~130 000 visitors.

If you check the group ♥ Japanese on Last.fm you'll also find that most people there are from Europe (can't find statistics on that though). Same goes for the group Japan.

The japanese market might be a good complement to the european market?
