after sending email after email, i wasn't getting anywhere. until i emailed this address:

abuse+dt17u8y@facebook.com

someone from facebook (an actual person, not an automated reply) replied from my email sent to this address within 2 hours. i was so relieved; they sent me a new password and i was able to sign in and change the password to what i wanted it to be.

just to be safe, in the email, make sure to include the following information (so they can validate it's actually your account):

name:
date of birth:
networks:
email (associated with account):
and
graduation year (if you're a college student):

i have found the magic facebook email address!!

i had been locked out of my account for a week, and i kept trying and trying to send myself the "reset password" email, but it never came.

i sent emails to many different facebook address but received no response.

HOWEVER. when i emailed: abuse+dt17u8y@facebook.com , within about an hour and a half, i received a response from an actual person (no automated message), and my problem was solved! a few other people have had success with this address as well.

don't give up! try sending a polite email to this address, and good luck!

same problem. i've sent the email about 10 times (well, tried to) and it's nowhere to be seen. emailing facebook hasn't helped either, for it has been a week since i started firing off emails begging for help.

i tried calling three times, they say they have no ability to help "in that department". kind of useless, i say. they keep telling me that i have to email in order to get any help, but that's not working either.

this happened to me too! i doubled my brother's account with my email address (same i used for my account), so i would receive the deactivation email through my email. now i can't sign into my account, and it has been about a week since i started emailing various facebook email addresses, asking for help. :(
