Boss is seeing my tasks in his Next Actions

My boss is seeing tasks assigned to me in his Next Actions folder. Why? They were created by me, owned by me, although part of a group project. He has way too much information in his Next Actions folder now that he does not need to act on. Help!

It was the first one I received, yes, but then it kept on happening. I had lots of tasks to update and couldn't figure out why I was getting different results. It wasn't always the first time I clicked on the task. It wasn't always the second time, etc.

When I edit a task I'm seeing two different dialog boxes. (See below). I'm clicking on the same thing and getting different results. The first version won't allow me to submit the changes.

I searched for a task I knew I had, but couldn't find. The search feature found the task but when I clicked on the name of the task in blue letters, I received the error page.

Delegated task still in my In Box

When I delegate a task it stays in my In Box. Don't we want to keep our In Boxes clear? The same task is also in the Waiting folder (which is a good place for it). Does it need to stay in the In Box also?

Make next actions folder useful for groups

It would be very useful to be able to see group project tasks in the "Next Actions" folder. Now I have to remember to look at each individual project to find the next action. That's a big pain if you have multiple projects going at once, which we always do.

Oh . . . the pencil. Would it be possible to have the word "edit" in there somewhere? I thought the pencil was just for decoration.

I completed a task that I remembered was on my "to do" list but it wasn't in my next actions list and I couldn't find it. I did a search and found the task. Unfortunately, I could not mark the task complete from this view and I couldn't tell where the task was located. There's got to be a better way!! Am I missing an obvious way to mark this complete? (I've overlooked the obvious before.) Where is it located?

Yes, I would LOVE to see project tasks in my next actions list. The only items in my own next actions list right now are my personal home tasks--all my work tasks are in projects which won't show up in the next actions list.

Mystery tasks arriving in in box--can't tell for which client.

The client/project name doesn't show up with task in the in box. We do the same series of steps for different clients so now our employee has a couple different "scan documents" tasks, but he has no way of knowing which client it is for.

It would be very helpful to be able to see an open task list by person and see all the tasks assigned to him/her.

I delegated a task from a group project to one of the project members, but it didn't show up in his in box, so he didn't know it had been assigned to him. I did NOT check the box that gave the option to not put it in his in box so I assumed it would

This review Howell's letter task has been completed and it just won't go away. How can I make it not show?

I forgot we need to add people as members first. I'm trying to set up an employee who has been off for the summer. He probably doesn't have an Enleiten account yet.

You may want to add the step about adding members in the help file.
