Second mistaken suspension within days of each other

My account was suspended, restored and then when I tried to sign on again last night...no surprise there..it is suspended again for no reason!!!!!

What is the problem? I am getting annoyed is saying it politely!

Why is my account suspended?

Why is my account suspended and why does it take so long to fix even if they do fix it. And why is there nothing to click to go to a form easily to get immediate technical support/chat like on your laptop or desktop. When do they answer an email other than automated? Never? Does anyone know how to get their attention?
