Content importers are offline 12/1/09

We are continuing to troubleshoot the issues with slow page loads and timeouts (FRAK!).

Currently, our content importers are offline, so no new feeds or tweets will be coming into your activity streams. We will turn the importers back on later today and your activity streams will resume their functions.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes, we thank you for your patience, and we will keep you updated on our progress.

I'm sorry that you are having this problem.

Can you double check to see if your analytics are coming in now? I have set up a new account for myself, but it will take 24hrs to determine if there is a bug.

I apologize for this inconvenience, but let me know if anything has changed.

Hm. Nick, I am not able to recreate this problem. I deleted an album without seeing a FRAK! page. (Manage My Site->Photos->Remove Album) Can you give me any other information? Is this for one of the erroneously created albums that we were discussing?

Let me know...or skype me so we can run through it?
