I'm helping to support a Website, and a previous person working on it attached a cryptic Twitter username to it. Last week, I discovered that the Web site's name WAS available while I was logged in from another account, so I grabbed it. I deleted it a day or two later when I found I couldn't "transfer" a Twitter username to the account for the Web site. So now, when I'm logged in from the Web site's account and try to rename the username, I get an error saying that the "username is taken." Except it isn't. Is there anything I can do?

Does Twitter actually have a Help Desk or not? I'm having a Twitter problem, the problem is not documented anywhere, and I need to talk to someone. Thanks.
