I am over frsutrated on how facebook is treating my issue, my accout was disabled for reasons i do not know, i have written more than 27 letters since the 2nd of nov to ask that my account be reactivated as i do not know what is the problem.......this is the only site on which i contact friends and family.........i have got no reply from facebook since then, its so frustrating that an orgnanization like facebook that claim to have more than 300 million subscribers lack customer support so much that i wonder if everybody would not start sorting for alternatives. If you are enjoying facebook now, wait until you have got a problem with your account or something that has to do with facebook, then you would get to know what am talking about?
