Lazybones reported a problem in xboxtweet on November 09, 2009 06:38:
Missing game15 out of 16 games listed and tracked.
Sam&Max Beyond Time... for some reason is not listed and none of the achievements where tweeted when I unlocked them.

About time
- Comment system changes to use logins and assigns me some random name
- could not register a new name do to a bug based on regional specific site settings
- Then I had to figure out to register here? a 3rd party site for support
- Then none of my posts where approved for months till now.
This has to be the most complicated, and confusing comment and support system of ANY site or network I use. It is like you are trying to drive your users away.
Well at least I can comment again.

I went to record my own screen cast but didn't have time to setup a recording program.
I have found that the link on gizmodo.com IS working for me know, but sites like lifehacker.com and kotaku.com still just refresh without showing the registration form.
I have managed to register now, but for the sake of other NEW users this really needs to be fixed so it works on all sites all the time.

What is this form supposed to look like?
For fun I build a NEW CLEAN XP Install in a VM, tried the sites with IE and I still get nothing.
I am following this identical issue posted by several different people on several different gawker sites. Clearing the cache is not fixing it, hell a clean install of windows isn't!
I can't imagine how many people haven't bothered registering on these sites because of problems with this process.
I know I almost didn't bother reporting the issue as you have to come here and register yet again to even report an error.

In IE7 Tools->Internet Options->Browsing History->Delete->Delete All just to be sure.
Just noticed in IE there is a java script error on http://lifehacker.com/?op=loginform&r...
Line: 2
Char: 1
Error : Object expected
Code: 0
Also tested using Google Chrome, still doesn't work

And yes I cleared my cache, and this ALSO happens on my home PC. I am curious what unique platform this site was tested on that the companies devs can't reproduce this problem. – Lazybones, on November 11, 2008 00:27
