DELL NO CUSTOMER CAREtried to use a techbargains 15% off coupon on electronics sale for vizio 32"hdtv and nuvi 780. coupon said already redeemed. contacted customer care and was told coupon was redeemed on july 27. I had not placed an order since last year. I asked to speak to a supervisor. 2 hours later and 11 different cust reps I was hung up on 3 times. No one has an answer as why coupon was redeemed andwhat can be done to rectify the problem. It was Dell no customer care.-

battery at end of life after laptop not recognizing ac adapter and batteryhad the error message vostro 1000 won't recognize power adapter or charge battery-then got cannot recognize battery-put in a dell battery and the battery at end of life-dell replaced motherboard and ac adapter,but still getting battery at end of iife message- year battery warranty over

simple answer from Dell customer supportreceived replacement power cord.. packing slip said that I did not have to return cord. Then received email reminder to return cord. contacted customer service. after talking to a cust ser rep-forwarded to senior rep getting no real satisfaction-asking to talk to US rep was forwarded to tec support. i am waiting for his return call. simple question- do I have to return defective part?
