de. What would the Pin number be? Would she have to be logged into the call client to participate?

Why did all help links go to error message and I got busy signal when trying to dial into my call?Tuesday night I had a large problem with the system, and all the help links went to error messages. the report a concern links sent me email messages with links that went to error messages. I submitted 4 help requests and no one responded.
First, the link to the call was not working, every one was getting system errors and page not found errors. I experienced this too. The only way i could access the call page was through the player widget i had on my website.
When i did get on the call page it was 8:28 . The count down to the call on the page said the call went live In 1 hr and 32 minutes....which was wrong because the call was scheduled for 9 PM...I checked it out and everything I had set up said 9 Pm except the count down on the page.
I called into my call but could not login online to record the call, once the online interface loaded up i got knocked off the phone line and could not dial back in. The line was busy every time I tried. I had other people experiencing the same issue and unable to log in the call as well. The call ended up shutting itself off.
The most frustrating thing was that there was no help available. All the help links went to Error pages.
Any idea what went wrong or what to do in case of this again?

call recording content gone missingI just did my call...it said it was recording, at the end i stopped recording..it said it stopped. I ended the call and when i went to play back the recording the only thing on it was the talk shoe jingle and dead air. The call description said the call was 1 hour and 4 minutes..so i know the system was aware of the call,, but what happened to the recording? How do i find it?
