List View of Submissions, and then someSome new thoughts about the Submissions page:
It was convenient when I only had 5 candidates in there, but now that I have 30, the current view is a bit to big. It would be great to have some sort of List View, with basically all the same info (it's not that much, if should be possible), but ... shorter. So you could look at a list of 30 and get a picture, rather than only see four or five at a time. If there was more info in the big view, then maybe some sort of expand/collapse option for each one?
Also: the thumbs up and down: I really like the concept, but they're not tallied anywhere prominent, so it's not that helpful. Maybe make it so instead of seeing my need to rate each candidate on the main Submissions page, I can see how many other folks thumbs up or downed them? Maybe make the thumbs red or green based on the consensus with a small number beneath? I'm not a UI master, and I'm not expressing this well, but it sounds possible.

Small CSS IssueIn the account/email settings page there seems to be a small CSS bug; if the text of the email title is longer than the orange line, it drops down and overlaps with the next line.
The specific text in question now is: "Automated email for submission that is moved to archived status ("Thanks, but no thanks!")"
This might be a "feature request" but it's on the same topic... If it's not too complicated, it would be cool to be able to (a) Change the text that appears in that line so it can be more meaningful to specific companies (b) add more custom emails. (Use: I might want a "No thanks email from one department, and another one for a different department. Since I can have multiple positions open, it's a likely issue).
Thanks!

Suggestion: Status Display on Submissions PageI was thinking it might be cool if I could see the status of a candidate before going into the submission (and even more prominently perhaps, once inside).
Perhaps under where it says the name and position applied for, in the Submissions tab, it can list the status? As in, Contacted, Screened, etc.
Going further, once that's done, it'd make sense to have sorting and filtering options (i.e. "View Candidates By Status, View Candidates by Submission Date, View Only Screened Candidates, etc.). But yea. Might be getting ahead of myself :P
Also, since the status isn't anywhere prominent, folks on my end just aren't using the feature at all -- and it's actually quite useful, so I wish they would :P

On the changing status:
Can other team members do this in the paid version? I'm still on a trial, but plan to purchase [I just haven't had the time to just put in my cc info ;)] soon, so if the answer is that there are many additional features in the paid version, I'll hold off on asking more questions until I do.
Cool to hear that the tracking stuff is in the works; looking forward to it!

Suggestion: Hiring StatsThis might be overreaching, but my company just hired one of the folks whose application was in CTB, and I thought.. "Wouldn't it be cool if I could click a button that said 'hired' rather than Archived? "
It could achieve the same thing, but if I use CTB a lot, it would be cool if I could go in every once in a while and see that I hired 3 people off Craigslist, 1 person from Dice, etc. Perhaps another pretty pie chart? Possibly even a bar graph comparing submissions received to actual hires completed, per source...
This would be useful for small-ish companies for whom CTB could become the primary hire tracking tool. Previously made suggestions for specific call log detail fields and scheduling contact things get my thumbs up too :)
Lastly... silly, but the header logo should probably be a click-able link that'd take users back to the dashboard.
Just some thoughts :D I quite like everything so far!-
