Incorrect number of messages reporting.On my account at the moment it tells me there are four messages to be read.....but there's nowt in the list of messages.......?

Will, i'm afraid this just isnt good enough. None and i mean NONE of my members who have padi can get access. What do i tell them ..."Wait until the next deploy!" THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Paypal payment issuesI am having serious problems with paypal. Members are paying their subscriptions, i am marking them as members, but am then getting 'failure notice' and the member reverts to being payment pending. However on the paypal account there is no failure notice, all is perfectly ok, all have paid correctly and have been processed. What is going on please, members are screaming that they cant get in when they have paid.

Just a pity that this only works for those of you in the USA as it requires you to have a US phone, or a dedicated domain name.

Patience was more than proper when this was in Beta version and we all bore with you whilst you diligently sorted many issues out. Supposedly we're now out of Beta and rightly youre now youre charging for it. I'm afraid the circumstances are now entirely different and patience is no longer an option - only action is. At the very least I would expect the company to keep owners informed instead of silence. You know what sites arent working properly. Thanks for the reply. Whilst your working on it, wouldnt it be better just to remove the button from the screen? Its just a source of irritation as people go to use it, think its working only to find the other member theyve called dont answer. It just causes problems between members. If you cannot get it working then for god's sake remove it. This is a total joke. It is a MAJOR issue for my network and the feature was one of the reasons i chose to stay with zocku. Removing members of groups within the siteI have a member who is running a sub-group within mine and he wants to delete a member from this sub-group. there doesnt appear to be a way in which he can do this, in fact i cant see a way in which I as the owner/administrator can do it either. Is there a way?

I agree with Dorinb. Its not working AGAIN!!!! Frankly its getting to be a joke. If you cant make it work then take it away until it does work. Colin makes a fair point, this was tolerable when it was a free network but since you guys started charging the idea that you might get around to it sometime is no longer acceptable.
