Hi Steve,
I followed the debugging tips, to no avail - they behave as expected - but I do not see any newrelic logs in any of my start log files, or in any of the Apache/Rails logs for the app.
I did wonder if that I am using RailsBaseURI is throwing things, and not serving the application from the DocumentRoot - I did look at your implementation of the passenger code, to no avail.
I've been advised by Jim G to contact someone via email, so I'm about to follow up and do that now.
Thanks again .. it's a smiley face now :)-

Lee Hambley reported a problem in New Relic on November 21, 2008 17:03:
No Logs with NewRelic under Passenger, and Apache 2No Logs, CentOS 5, Passenger (Version: GIT Master), and no evidence that it is working, also - the tests don't run.
We're using New Relic (latest) on our system - in developer mode on my mac, it logs fine (I enabled 'production mode' even though it's running locally.
I can't debug this, and it's really getting me down, where should I even start ?
Thanks in advance, our account name is .....@setfiremedia.com - hopefully they can look us up...
I'm really at a loss as to where to go next as it transpires, none of our tests will run, anywhere on any of my machines, or even the rails default tests... I wonered if maybe there was a rake task to test, like there is for hoptoadapp?
