Hi,

I have difficulties with my memory, so I often use the "forgot password" feature. Today I think I've used it about 3 or 4 times and although I understand some people would look to take advantage of this feature, how about those with a specific medical condition?

Surely there must be a better solution for those who have such problems with say, short term memory, yet have an extensive long term memory.
