difficulty adding venues that have the same name as existing venues

When I am trying to check in at a venue that is not in the database, I cannot add it if it has the same name as another venue that is in the same city - typing in the name and checking in there assumes that I meant to check in at the other (and often far away) place that happens to have the same name, and registers the checkin as such instead of taking me to the add-venue form.

Thanks for the info, I only saw the Company Update message at the top of this page after I posted. The alerts are working now for me and my friends too though.

It would be great if the "Close Account" button was red instead of green! It looks too much like the "Save Details" button right now.

I'd happily pay a few dollars for a version with push notifications so that I didn't have to deal with a million text messages or emails. It could be interoperable with the other version, so that people could still play for free.

I haven't been getting SMS notifications for a few days, nor have my friends been getting SMS *or* plain email notifications. I'm still able to manually send and receive a text message at [my phone number]@txt.att.net.
