It is possible to create calendar and RSS feeds containing only items with a specific tag. Use the search term "tags=blahblah".

Although you might want to use the "private" version of the feeds in order to avoid authentication problems. (Looks like http://iwantsandy.com/we5rnl28m1ns3dy...)

To add done items, archived items and past events.

The RSS feeds have an additional problem. They only return the first "page" of items (about 25).

hey peeps, we have had a combination of data center downtime, underestimating our maintenance time and amazon's downtime, all within this weekend :(.

Good news is we think it's all behind us now.

it seems to be working again, but I wonder how long? I wonder what new "features" they installed during this outage? I wish they would work on stability rather than new look and feel...

I just wanted to add a final follow-up to let you know that all is back to normal, Sandy is merrily back to work, Stikkit is sticking to it, and all is once again well at Values of n World HQ.

Hi folks,

At around 6:30am and again at around 6:50am (PST aka America/Los Angeles), our colocation facility (where Sandy's and Stikkit's servers live) suffered power-outages.

The result was that Sandy and Stikkit went offline and — due to the quick succession of power-outages — some of our servers didn't weren't very happy when they came back online.

I headed down to the colocation facility, reassured our servers that all was indeed right with the world, and brought both Sandy and Stikkit back online.

Sandy plowed through her email queue in no time flat and you should all now have received responses to mail you sent her. If you still haven't heard back in reply to any of your messages, please give it a little while as they were most likely deferred given that they couldn't be delivered at the time — they'll make their way to Sandy's inbox on their own shortly.

= Web =

Sandy's web site [http://iwantsandy.com] is intermittently available at the moment as we get things back into shape — and the servers have a chance to keep up with everyone repeatedly hitting the Refresh button on their browsers.

= Jott =

Because Jott's service relies upon Sandy's web site being available, jotting to Sandy right now will also be inconsistent.

= Twitter =

Sandy isn't yet responding to Twitter requests but will be shortly.

= Reminders =

Reminders should indeed be going out by text/SMS and email. Expect a few of them from this morning to have shown up late.

While this thread was started days ago I found Sandy isn't up. Is it me? I was in there earlier?

I'd write a reminder to not let Sandy take a bathroom break but she's the one who remembers my notes. So I'm kinda in trouble LOL
