At least they didn't tell you that your package for your dongle included Eire on 5 separate occasions and then send you a £2,000 bill!
I have made a total of 9 calls now, used up 6 hours of my time and they've lost almost all of the records especially those of any commitment made.
Who governs this stuff, is it the FO?

Losing data during login/resetting passwordSo I just reported a problem with the search, was asked to entitle my post, put the smiley faces in, add some tags and login... I forgot my password midway through, went through the process, came back and lost everything that I'd entered before I logged in.

Hijacking the searchThe search is muddling... I type in say 'Alliance and Leicester' and as this company's not registered, I'm offered a variety of others, now that drop-down that this feature uses hijacked the return key that most people rely on to search (enter phrase, hit return - default to hitting 'go' - remote control mentality set my Google) and don't expect it to select the first option in a drop down, without highlighting or telling you that it's happening. The short cut is so ingrained that even knowing that the site behaves like this, it took me 3-4 attempts to stop doing it and every time I use the search, I forget... go through an irritating loop and have to move my hands all the way from the keyboard to the mouse... please: don't make me think :o)-
