AccessDeniedError when I click on "Official Response"
I shouldn't even be able to see the "Official Response" checkbox on my own tickets (example: http://getsatisfaction.com/rescuetime...). When I click it, I get an AccessDeniedError. Its nice that I get the error, but I shouldn't even have the option to click on that box if I don't have those permissions.

Sounds great, thanks Brian, just as long as you have a bug in there somewhere :-)

There's a bunch of other duplications and what not in there as well.

I did some digging and for the record US-Pacific is actually deprecated (use America/Los Angeles instead) so I suspect you might have a bug or two around daylight switching time.

Pacific vs Pacific-New
The signup form asks me to choose time zones. I have no idea what the difference is between:

US-Pacific
US-Pacific-New

Please either clarify or remove the ambiguity
