I have the same problem. Only difference is that there is a caricature of a girl holding a "balloon" on a string to the left of statement #1. "Tell us what you are doing........" I have to erase my Tweet, log off, log back on and then I can post another tweet. Goofy system.

Makes no sense to me. I have posted 2 posts about a week ago and tried this morning but the site won't let me as the selection is lined out.
