Carl, it sounds like a cookie problem if you are logging in and out of a ton of drops... one thing to do is to reset your cache... it is possible/we have seen in browsers before that if you 'save the password' on a drop, then your browser will try to use your saved password in weird ways -- that said, we will look into the issue and see if we can make it more robust

Joel - sorry about that issue -- we don't see it here, but we will dig further in -- is anyone else having this issue? we are really sorry it is slow, that is the pits -- could you do us a favor and send us as much information as possible (to contact@dropio.com) -- where are you, what setup are you running, etc.

hello! sorry for the confusion -- when you open a trial with us we authorize your credit card for the amount of the trial, but we do not charge you that amount. some credit card companies deal with/display this 'authorization only' information differently -- we don't turn that authorization into a charge unless you keep the service after the trial is over (we turn it into your first month after the trial fees!)

hi hilt - sorry for your confusion! if you just made a drop go to the drop's URL in the form of http://drop.io/[dropname] -- you can log on to your drop there with your admin password (or a user password if you set one) --
if you are trying to log on to drop.io manager (http://manager.drop.io) - you need to be a paid pro user for that functionality... possibly the issue?
