    If it was just a one time thing I would be right there with you Joyce. However it is now affecting the Little League teams we volunteer for. The kids missed a few games because I didn't get the game info necessary to send umpires to their games. I have been having email, phone and cable problems since I signed my contract 2 years ago. But thank you for the well wishes It makes me feel a little better.

    Hey comcast!! this reply was made 5 days ago... Why the hell am I just getting the notice today!??????
    I am getting emails that were sent to me 3 to 5 days ago. I am finding out there are some that must be stuck in Que, since I still haven't received them. Still having issues with send emails too.     Comcast should have offered Smartzone (AKA: Crapzone) to business's that don't want employees to play around on their dime. Offer it to businesses only AFTER YOU FIX THE PROBLEMS GETTING AND SENDING EMAILS!!! Crapzone is not something customers would want for personal use.

    Next time you want to shove something down your customers throats try testing it out on real people. Every customer should have received an email from Comcast requesting test subjects for a possible new product. Including customers on concepts and introduction of new products shows that "COMCAST CARES" about their customers. In stead of giving no notice and no choice.

    The way this was handled shows that Comcast "DOES NOT" Care about the customers, only about the generation of revenue at any cost. OH! Don't even tell me to use the smartzone lite its just a byproduct of the old email mixed with "Crapzone"! Its just as bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    DUMP THE SMARTZONE !!!!!!!

    Be the first company on the block to offer personalized email service. I don't know of another company that offers that kind of service. It doesn't matter if your a world wide conglomerate or the little old man on the corner selling produce.....
    ONE SIZE DON'T FIT ALL!!!

    I just cant wait to get up and click on "Oprah's flat stomach secret" then I click to sigh up for University of phoenix. I cant live if i don't click the add for my credit score, or adds for death insurance. OMG!!! Where the hell would I be if I didn't have comcast in my life!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH COMCAST FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR YOUR COSTUMERS!!!

    Email is still down, and no surprise we haven't heard crap from comcast. We all know they monitor these message boards. It only takes a few seconds to give PAYING CUSTOMERS some kind of answer!!!!!

    I had problems receiving & sending mail yesterday as well as the past few days. I'm sure the power outage enhanced an existing problem.

    COMCAST...what is the ETA for our service to return. An honest response would be nice for a change!

    Same thing here. There is no worm or virus the so called Smartzone (AKA: CRAPZONE) is down. They (comcast) had problems with it yesterday as well. It seems more then just myself had the same issue yesterday. Yet the tech that I spoke to told the same thing this tech is saying. My son does IT work for a hospital and he was dealing with comcast all day trying to get the emails to work. So dont let them tell you its your system or something you did cause its not! ITS COMCAST YET AGAIN!!!!!!

    I tried for months to get use to this new email "SMARTZONE". the more I use it the more I hate it!! I do volunteer work for Little League and work with other leagues in South Jersey assigning umpires to games. I have to send schedules out to over 100 people a day at times. Some don't have excel or word, some don't have adobe reader. So it WAS easier for me to just paste the excel schedule in the body of the email. Cant do that now no matter what I do it all comes out black and white. no highlights nothing!! Oh and trying highlight the content pasted from the excel file using the "CRAP-ZONE".... YEAH RIGHT!! I have to edit each cell separately in order to change the font color and to highlight the different age bracket. The Jr league should be highlighted in green and Sr league is high lighted in blue. Another league consisting of 12 teams is yellow and Underlined. Another consisting of 8 teams is light gray and italicized. This is what it looks like!!

    None of the original attributes at all. Usually there are 80 to 100 games a week. Trying to edit each cell is time consuming not to mention insane! The schedule use to be sent out weekly to umpires, coaches and league staff to confirm umpires, changes & cancellations. Trying to access ALL the address in my account is impossible. When I click all in the address book I don't get all the addresses. Why the hell do you have a button that don't even work??? And another thing... (I could go on forever about this crap) why cant I browse my computer to add an image? I tried taking a photo of the schedule in pdf format and adding it to the body of the email. I cant do it that way either since there is no option to upload a photo from your PC. Trying the "CRAPZONE LITE" don't help either. It is just a combined version of the old email format mixed with "CRAPZONE". Still have the same problems. My contract is up in June, Luck Me I will be getting another provider. Since its not just the email, the fact adds have priority over email content, slow home page, constant logging in, intermittent interruption in the cable TV service and the phone problems. No that is to expected right?? I mean lets face it we Americans love to spend money for nothing don't we? I cant believe my hard earned money paid for this shit!! Comcast has gotten to big for itself, they are pretty much the only game in town so they can shell out shit and we have no choice but to eat it. I cant wait till another provider plants roots in town to knock them down a few and put the customers SATISFACTION back on top.
    I was told by tech support that I should get a web page and it would be a tax right off for me. I shouldn't have to shell out more money to solve their problems!! That would be find if this was my main source of income. But it isn't!!! And that don't solve the numerous other issues I have been having for the duration of my two year incarceration with COMCAST!!!
