I'm sorry to hear of your frustration. We currently do not sell a ball head with our SLR-ZOOM, but we are actually developing one of our own which will be available sometime down the road.

In the meantime, we recommend most ball heads from Manfrotto, SLIK or Giotto's. The exact size you choose probably depends on your camera and budget.

i did not realize that your model slrzoom did not have a ball head when I bought it, why don ́t you sell one for this model or suggest something? I am looking at ball heads, some too expensive, others too cheap so I don ́t know what to buy to get a real tripod working...
