Twitter also added a little extra something on Feb 14, 2008 for the heart symbol.

When you posted in "@anotherusername <3" as an update, Twitter would display it as myusername <3s anotherusername. See this screenshot to get an idea of what it looked like.

This was, however, a temporary feature that was removed on Feb 15.

It doesn't do anything special on twitter, <3 is a sideways heart symbol (generally) and is meant to express affection through text.

I'd really like it if the product and company searches were done at the same time. Maybe just have one search box. Products and companies are really mixed today
