Hi Marcy,
Sorry for any problems with your order. I need a little more information to track down what happened and let you know how and when it will be fixed. Can you provide me with the order number and/or the date ordered? Also, what is the nature of the problem: Did you order more than one item and the second one is missing or did you order a single item and it has a part missing?
Thanks,
Linc

Linc replied on August 28, 2008 19:55 to the question "have trouble with my URL" in Bravisa:
Hi Janice,
You definitely don't have to create a whole new bStore and add any products. Your Jans bStore is just great and can easily be displayed in a widget.
The "incorrect" URL you're looking at (http://www.bravisa.com/bstore/index.j... is the URL of your bStore management page. You don't have to use this one at all in the widget.
The "correct" URL for your actual bStore and the one you will use for the widget is shown on the bStore management page in the blue box just above the "Visit My bStore" button. This "correct" URL in your case will be
http://www.bravisa.com/mybstore/Jans.
When you go to build a widget on Widgetbox, you don't even have to put in the entire "correct" URL. All you have to do is type in the name that appears after the last slash. In your case all you have to type in the box provided is Jans. We know to fill in the rest automatically.
Linc set one of Linc's replies as an official response to "how can i delete a store" in Bravisa
Linc replied on August 26, 2008 18:22 to the question "how can i delete a store" in Bravisa:
Hi Gizmodo,
At this point in time we do not have "delete bStore" capability. However, you can ensure that no one can see your bStore or any of the products in it in the following manner:
1. Log into your Bravisa account. In the "Manage My bStores" section in the left hand column, click on the bStore name you wish to hide.
2. In the "Edit My bStore" section at the top right, click on "Edit bStore Details".
3. One of the options in the middle of the page is "Temporarily hide this site from buyers:" Click "yes" for this option. Then click "Update bStore" at the bottom of the page.
This functionality, although it doesn't officially delete your bStore, ensures that no buyer or customer can see or access your bStore. At any time in the future, if you want to reopen the store, simply follow the same process as above and click "no" to the "Temporarily hide this site from buyers" question.
The choice to hide one of your bStores in this manner does not impact the visibility of any of your other stores to your customers. They still operate exactly as before. You can, of course, hide them in the same way if you desire.
Also, the choice to hide one of your bStores in this manner does not impact any previous sales made in that store or your earnings from that bStore. All such earnings will continue to show up in the "My bStore Sales" section of the My Bravisa page.

Ideas from customers are never frustrating. Getting feedback and ideas are the best way for us to continually make our product better and serve your needs. A couple of your ideas are already in the hopper and will be rolled out over time. The others are new requests. We add all new requests to our list, discuss the viability internally and prioritize them.
Thanks for posting your thoughts and ideas on Get Satisfaction. By posting them here, not only do we receive them, but other customers can see your ideas, discuss them, add to them and post additional ideas that they spark.

Hi,
We currently have a known bug in our store search functionality that causes failed search queries such as yours. We have a solution scoped out that will definitely solve the problem but it will take us several weeks to implement it. When we implement the solution, we will update this posting so you will be notified that it is fixed.

Linc replied on May 16, 2008 01:13 to the question "How does Bravisa work for sellers" in Bravisa:
1) Open your free bStore:
You can add products from Bravisa’s product catalog and automatically markup Bravisa wholesale prices to set your selling prices. You have complete control over the products in your bStore and can edit the information (price, description, keywords, and images) at any time. You now have a comprehensive online retail store with targeted products and full e-commerce functionality.
2) Get tools to market your products:
Bravisa provides several tools for you to promote your products and attract buying traffic. You can use Bravisa tools to quickly and easily:
a) Publish your Bravisa products to our partners’ sites with one click.
b) Create a widget for any product or group of products and embed it in any website
c) E-mail information about your bStore and your products
d) List your products on Google Base
e) Make your bStore and your products search engine friendly
3) Make money on every product sale regardless of where you sell:
Each of the products in your bStore is available to you at a wholesale price. You can mark them up as you see fit to sell at, above or below standard retail prices. Whatever markup you choose is what you make on every sale, without any investment on your part. As noted above, you can post any or all of your products to partner sites, blogs, Google Base, etc. Regardless of which site your customer finds and clicks to buy, the shopping cart is handled by Bravisa. We handle all the payments, service, and order fulfillment activities and pay you your markup for that product.
