    Refund from Adobe in 4-6 weeks? Impossible.
    I know there have been numerous cases that Adobe takes months to process a refund. Which is no exception to my case when I purchased the CS4 Matser Collection. I purchased CS4 Production Premium back in March and decided to upgrade to MC within 2 weeks, so I called the customer service and provided LOD and all other supporting documents. Adobe assures the process takes about 4 to 6 weeks, but it has been over 5 months now and I am still not finding my refund check in mail box. I have called numerous times but there are always new excuses from their side (at least I think they are). I have enough of this and I will seek legal advices to hopefully resolve the case.

    Final advice, be careful of what you buy from Adobe because it is a pain trying to receive a refund if the software does not suit your need.
