webpages STILL not loading

Hi, I reported the problem of many of my webpages not loading onto bonzobox 28 days ago and have not yet had a reply. I just tried 2 new sites and they wouldn't load either. I'm ready to jump ship as this site isn't working for me at all. Any advice????

Hi, I am new to bonzo box and when adding my websites only a few loaded and I have a dozen or so that leave me that same message "we are building your bonzo box"....it's been several days and still nothing.
