I switched from bell Canada to one of its biggest competitors and got charged $150.00 for home phone service early cancellation fee.
Also I had my satellite service disconnected for a fee of 150.00.
Upset about this I called "customer service" and was told to "just pay the bill or youre going into collections."
I was not aware of this contract, the one that states if you dont use bell's services for at least two years you're going to get ripped off for over $300.00.
I had the worst experience with customer service than anywhere else ever....this lady Simona, told me they dont have a manager when I requested to speak with one, then later told me a manager will get back to me in 2-3 hours (I will not hold my breath)
When you switch companies Bell treats you like something they stepped on. You would think they would be nicer to ppl who gave them their hard earned money for more than 10 years. I would never ever go with Bell canada again if they gave it to me for free.
Does anyone know of any actions that can be taken in a case like this??
