That looks like a problem with your hosting server configuration. You will need to speak to whomever you are hosting with.

A quicker way to get your site online would just be to publish it with SynthaSite - all you have to do is click "Publish" and it will be live. And you can use your own domain name.

We have had some unplanned downtime. The Site Builder was down for about 40 minutes at 20h30 today, after which operations were restored. We are monitoring the system closely and currently are not 100% happy with the performance. Will keep you up-to-date on the issue.

You can have as many websites with one account as you want to.

For a single website, you can have a *.synthasite.com domain and also your own custom domain (one that you have registered elsewhere) pointing to it via an A-Record. You can not have more than one custom domain pointing to the website using an A-Record, but there is a way to make more than one custom domain resolve to the SynthaSite website.

For this you can use something called a CNAME record.

So, for example, you can have:
http://mysite.synthasite.com
http://www.mysite.com --> http://mysite.synthasite.com (via A-Record)
http://www.mysite2.com --> http://mysite.synthasite.com (via CNAME)

If this is what you are trying to achieve and need more help, let me know what the domains are you are trying to use and I can give you some direction.

I got the domain from your direct support request to us (I have replied to that as well) and did a lookup.

When I do a lookup on your domain it has an A-Record pointing to 216.21.239.197 and this is incorrect, it should be pointing to 208.75.208.172 . You will need to update this record with the host of your name servers.

The cause of this is usually that you have not completed the publishing process.

From SynthaSite, go to "Publish" and make sure to press the "Next" button in the dialog that follows. Let me know if it does not work after that.

It can take up to 48 hours from when you made the A-Record change for it to show up across the whole internet.
