John, can you let me know if you have a Frequency Range set on this measurement?
That is, in the inspector, expand the 'Frequency Range' area, and set both values to 0. Export again, and let me know if the values are correct.
You might have inadvertantly set a frequency range by measuring with a sweep that's limited to 20-20000Hz (rather than the default of 1Hz to nyquist).

For anyone that's still following this question, you'll be glad to hear that raw recordings are the main addition for 1.3. If you want a sneak peak at what we have so far, please see my post about the beta for instructions on signing up:

When you created this, you used the multi-select mode to create these graphs, and then copied/pasted them into a graphics app to combine them? – Chris Liscio, on October 12, 2009 23:38

Email support@supermegaultragroovy.com, and I'll send you a key to extend your trial.
Those menu items are grayed out because they will create more records than the document will allow (2 is the maximum past your trial period). That's one method to do the correction—with the frequency-domain combine.
The other method is to export the response as an FRD file, and then import it using the microphone calibration feature.
I think that the frequency-domain combination might provide a better result, but calibrating using the microphone calibration method I listed above would certainly be more convenient. – Chris Liscio, on October 12, 2009 12:51

This was fixed in TapeDeck 1.2. Get it from http://tapedeckapp.com.

Did TapeDeck hang the instant after you entered the license key, or on the next launch?
If TapeDeck is ever hanging on launch, you should check your ~/Music/Library folder for large files (we're talking a few hundred megabytes, or gigabytes).
There appears to be a strange situation where a bad (and huge) tape is getting created by TapeDeck, and it really causes serious trouble at launch time.
