What Twitter client handles read/unread messages the best?

Maybe with a "mark all as read button"

Something that's as simple as google reader where I scroll through and it marks them as read would be ideal.

Looks like they're having database problems at the moment as everything is broken - even their company blog, etc.

I'm sure everything will be back to normal shortly.

I'd like to be able to scrobble what I'm listening to my last.fm account

Using FF 3.0.5 on Vista with Harmony 1.0.2 it doesn't seem to work.

I tried disabling FoxyTunes, doesn't seem to matter.

I keep Pandora open in a tab of it's own.

I'd really like Ping.fm support.

I tried to send an invite this morning to a friend, using one of my 2 invites, I got the message "Unable to send invites, try again later" - which is fine, but now I have 1 invite, and I'm scared to use it now.
