A comment on the question "Where are the instructions?" in Gowalla:
Where is is? How can I use the program if I don't even know how this thing works? Is it only for cell phones? – Liz, on December 10, 2009 15:47
A comment on the idea "Where is "Help"?" in Gowalla:
I don't have an iPhone or an Android phone, just a phone, phone with no internet access. Can't I log in from the website with my laptop? If this is only a mobile application for certain cell phone models, you should say that on the home page. They are, by the way, a small percentage of cell phones sold. I would never have created an account if you had indicated this service was only for certain cell phone users. It was frustrating to search your website looking for answers to questions & finding nothing.
And then to find out you had promised a FAQ 8 months ago? Why would you launch a website/service if you hadn't created an instruction & help page? Gowalla must be one of those apps that is created for the designers, not consumers. However we can't read your minds....so we just quit. – Liz, on November 26, 2009 21:59

Where is "Help"?Where is your help or contact information? I don't understand your website & how to use it. There is no information here or guidance. Do I need an iPhone? Is this only for cell phones? Those are just my initial questions, I have a lot more.-

Wow! That's exactly what I pictured. I have to get this enlarged. Thank you so much for putting this together. I hope it's of general value to the company as well! Thanks again for your time & talent. – Liz, on October 14, 2009 17:21

Wow! That's great. I was thinking about something like: http://www.dell.com/business/laptops if you hit "Compare laptops". I'm sure it will be difficult to be this concise but it would be simpler than reading through three separate websites if it's clear that one or two options don't fit what I do.
Thanks, Carri! – Liz, on October 13, 2009 19:05

Hi Carri,
I was thinking more like a side-by-side comparison. There must be advantages to each system, reasons why you created new platforms but it is difficult to understand which would be most suitable to the inquirer. Any chance of collating just the basic information on to one page? – Liz, on October 12, 2009 18:10

Liz asked a question in TweepSearch on August 12, 2009 23:39:
Can I search by numbers?Could I do a search based on follower number? It would be great to, say, search for people who had 100,000 or more following/followers. I'm going through a list of locations but I know I'm missing a lot of names.-
