Exceeded following Limit but it's far less than stated limit
I fell behind in following my followers and tried to catch them up, but it says I have exceeded my limit. I presently have 2445 and was close to following 1000 of them when I started. Approximately 900 followings later I hit a limit but this is well below twitter's stated limit. How soon can this issue be resolved so I do not appear to be rude to those who have been omitted since it is obvious I have tried to catch them up into balance?

Text notifications will not retain "ON" setting
Yesterdays update did not correct the issue with notifications set to "on" immediately turning themselves "off". I am unable to enable this functionality although I receive ntoices from twitter stating I will receive them.
