OK, it seems to be working, albeit not 100%. It took a few tries to get the episodes to load, but load they did.

Based on my experience last night, I'm betting it's iTunes. Spend 30 minutes trying to download a file (not from our feeds) and it kept timing out. Worked like a champ this morning.

Direct links to ALL episodes of ALL books are available on the book's page on our site. Search for it, click it, then scroll down to the bottom. Download away.

Still no go. I managed to download chapters 29 and 32, but 27, 28, 30, and 31 all time out. Is there a way to get a direct download link? I'm wondering if it might just be iTunes or something.

I'm trying to download Singularity chapters 27 and 28 through iTunes and I keep getting a timeout error. I have this problem a lot and I've been unable to figure out what causes it but I've found the problem usually clears up very shortly after I post a problem, so I'm sticking to what works. If you have any suggestions, let me know. Thanks!

No, we're not doing anything on our end. Those files have been static for quite some time now. So I went to the Singularity page (as a normal user, nothing fancy) and clicked on Chapter 12. It's playing now in the background for me just fine.

I'm having a problem downloading Singularity chapter 12. Chapter 13 is A'OK. It seems that whenever I have a problem with a book that problem is resolved transparently shortly after I post a help request about it (by shortly I mean immediately), so this time I waited a day to see if it would resolve itself. It hasn't. Are you guys doing anything on that end? This is hardly the first time this has happened to me and while it would appear there's something funky going on on my end (since I so frequently have trouble), that doesn't really mesh with the facts if you guys are able to correct the problem. Any suggestions? What am I doing wrong?

We're gonna have to figure out what is up with the connection between you and our media server. I'm able to download the episodes without an issue.

Are you getting them from an RSS feed? Are you releasing all chapters at once? Gotta be a common denominator we can find out.

I was able to get Episode 15 to download just fine, Lobster. Try it again, as it may have just been a heavy server load.

Uh oh, me about Brave Men Run again. I'm having trouble downloading episode 15 on iTunes. I keep getting a connection time-out (error code 3259). All the other episodes downloaded fine. Thanks!
