The Action Section to block/allow direct msg and report spam has disappeared from the right hand side of my page

Can you tell me if Pulicitweet is affiliated with Twitter? Do you have an opinion on them? I tried to use them recently and when I inserted my blog URL in my draft "marketing message" , as soon as I hit "preview" my URL automically changed to a URL for some coupon pusher in Jacksonville Florida, I tried several retries and the same thing happened. As I result I disallowed publicitweet on my sites and changed my password. They have responded saying effectively that they tried and found that everything was fine. But it wasn't fine when I used them. So what do I do? I like the concept of what publicitweet said they can do for me. But if I try again, I will have to again reset passwords etc if I have problems. Plus, it seems very "fishy" to me that they want that direct access to my twitter account right away and then the swapping of the URL started.... Please advise. I would really appreciate it...
