I found out what was wrong when I tried to simplify my mockup in order to send it to you.
The pb came that my target files names contained a point (kind of "1.1-something.bmml").
I replaced the "." by "-" and everything was fine !

Wow : THAT is speed !
I mean that links are mixed (pointing on the bad screen) or absent.

Another point: when creating the PDF, all my untouched screens become modified (need to save), but I do not see what is the change. – Lock, on November 18, 2009 10:36

Maybe did I something wrong, but it appears links are present, but wrong in the newly exported pdf (nice feature by the way).
