Tasks as a Content Type

One of the kinds of content you can add to a Drop should be a task.

Then the tasks could be collected in a certain view (and a sidebar widget).

Tasks could also be associated with other content, like images and stuff and include links to that content in the task itself, and the content could include the associated tasks.

Grouping of tasks would be helpful too.

Google Chrome Erases HTML of a Note

When trying to create a Note while using Google Chrome, if you try to edit the HTML and hit "Update!" it erases all the content of the note. It is not retrievable in any way, including "Undo."

Firefox works great.

Please add better support for Chrome and Webkit in your WYSIWYG editor.

Copy/paste function: individual pages and entire sites

I have set up a project collaboration site and it seems really great, but have many projects throughout the year and I don't want to have to manually remake each project collab site for each project.

I also have pages that I want more than one of, with different titles, without having to remake every detail each time I make a new page.

The solution is to be able to copy/paste pages and sites.

A comment on the idea "auto-populate topics with gmail labels" in Postbox, Inc.:

I looked up their official reps for Postbox, and they're active, posting as recently as an hour ago on some topics. This is even more off-putting to me. Why wouldn't they respond to this highly requested feature in some way? – Logan, on July 28, 2009 19:00

I want to use the topics in Postbox more, but they seem crippled by the fact that they are wholly separate from the GMail labels.

Custom panes for folders or labels (topics)

It would be nice to have another pane (custom pane) to see certain kinds of emails (starred, important, etc.) all the time, like Gmail's "Multiple Inboxes." While tabs are great, it's still another click away and out of sight.

Please be the first Desktop email client for Mac (that I've found) that can actually be used as a Gmail client. The main way for this to happen is to synchronize Gmail's Labels with your "Topic" system. They're the same basic concept, make them work together!

My dashboard won't load. I'm signed in, but with no link to sign out until I get to the dashboard, I can't restart the login process without clearing my cache, which I don't want to do.

Please show a dynamic character count while typing message. Many of the services Ping.fm posts to are character-count sensitive (e.g. Twitter). For now, I write my message in another service to get the count, then copy and paste it over to yours.
