Lois Dengel Paul Saraceni's dashboard

Every time I try to log in, nothing happens. Do I have a setting incorrect somewhere? The first time I set up, I was golden. The next, not. Then I tried another e-mail address and it worked again, then not... I already sent an e-mail about this. Please help!
