I just have a credit card with wamu and i never did anything for them to raise my interest rate to 23.99% and when i called i got i was late and that was a lie i pay online and always pay 4 days before the due date and then it was about a notice that they said they sent me but it is funny on the months it was on i never got anything and when i do get them i read them very close. There was a lot of others that the same thing was done to themif i had got what they say and i could have got out of the rate it would have been there the next day. I think they are crooks and i tried to explain we are on a fixed income but that company does not care about a customer and who bailed them out? Who is going to help us now that i can't make the minimum payment not those loan sharks? – lola, on October 21, 2008 18:44

I have wrote and emailed to get my credit card rate lowered when it should not have been you can get no where with this Loan shark company they do anything do slap a $39.00 fee on you.Get this i paid online 3 days before ny due date but a minute or 2 late they are crooks and the more you pay the more you owe.if i could pay them off i would in a second even thought of not paying any more but i have no way to turn and they know it.
