You said you were communicating to twitter... but then we never heard back from you. – Noah David Simon, on September 02, 2008 01:41

twitter made their bed and now there is a horse's head with blood in it. they beat up the messenger... and they will always rue the day they changed their terms arbitrarily. – Noah David Simon, on August 28, 2008 11:47

I have no horse in this race. I have nothing against Igor (or Amanda Chapel, or you). I just don't think our users want to examine all of the details of this long-running dispute, which is presumably why they keep flagging these conversations. They're here to get help with Twitter. – Eric Suesz, on August 21, 2008 06:19

elso, Eric. I barely know IgorTheTroll. He is a recent friend that I have something in common with (We both got harassed arbitrarily by Amanda Chapel). Amanda Chapel on the other hand has spent a year and a half libeling me and I would like it to stop. I would also like her to stop harassing other Jewish males like Steve Rubel. Her excuse is always that she runs for cover behind @1938Media, but there is a very racist pattern here. you are missing the point. These are NAZIS. I'm just doing my best to be a good citizen. I tried to link to how these people on twitter come off twitter and use racist anti-semitic language elsewhere and you deleted the link. SHAME ON GET SATISFACTION. this was in the context of the dialog. The problem is that you don't want to see the bigotry, but I'm just fighting for the good guys. – Noah David Simon, on August 19, 2008 20:05

Yes, it is my understanding that he has been removed from Twitter, and I am doing my best to confirm this detail so that we may be able to put this topic to rest. – Eric Suesz, on August 18, 2008 19:50

My original question and responses have been on point. As Noah is no longer on Twitter, this matter was closed 2 days ago. Thanks. – amandachapel, on August 18, 2008 19:47

I've been following all of these accusations of rape, libel, and everything else that seems to have little to do with people using Twitter.
I have to say that it seems we are moving away from any kind of productive outcome. Noah, Igor, amandachapel: You seem to have a long history of teaming up and/or sparring among yourselves, but I think that our community here at Get Satisfaction is growing tired of it. They've flagged this thread repeatedly (as well as other topics), and they're not all taking one side. They're fed up in general.
I can see that everyone here has strong feelings. This is a place where we attempt to accomplish productive goals, and I personally am not here to take sides; rather, to broker compromise. We don't see this as a place where people start, or continue, personal feuds. You can do all of that on your blogs or other online spaces where lengthy, angry retorts are encouraged.
I will do my best to let Twitter know that there is still a dispute here and see if I can get a response that is based on their policy (or that affirms what the situation is w/r/t Noah on Twitter, which is what this topic is ostensibly about), but I do hope that we can keep the conversation focused on Twitter and how Twitter deals with users who some people think are violating their rules. All of the other details don't really speak to the issue at hand. I'll be removing content that our users flag as inappropriate or that aren't in line with our community guidelines: http://getsatisfaction.com/community_...

@aMANdaChapel / Brian invited a dialog, but is not able to interact. @aMANdaChapel / Brian can't go further then coy Ad Homium conjecture? if anything @aMANdaChapel / Brian says were true then we would not be debating it here. there is little energy used like usual by @aMANdaChapel / Brian. – Noah David Simon, on August 17, 2008 23:25

If our words made things moot then this thread wouldn't be here. Our words are not always serious or true and it is @aMANdaChapel / Brian's deficiency and failure that lead us to this thread. Should we all still assume that @aMANdaChapel / Brian is selling human flesh for Edelman and the PR world? Notice @aMANdaChapel / Brian's barbs are in no way intended to dialog with and are instead designed to be a coy last word. This is completely Antisocial and caustic to positive interaction that could resolve issues and not sophisticated enough to be taken serious as a complaint. This has gone on for year. If twitter took anything this person says seriously I doubt it and I would like to hear from an official representative on this issue. It is because of people like @aMANdaChapel / Brian that I found it necessary to protect my good name and will continue to take actions that do this. twitter is public html and I will not allow them to pick up on search engines in the manner that it does with my good name at risk. As long as twitter continues to put people in harm I will continue to fight in the manner I have before. – Noah David Simon, on August 17, 2008 22:35

This was addressed 2 days ago: see above http://tinyurl.com/5rn62n . And as you've been again thrown off Twitter, your harping on Brian is moot. Go away now Noah. – amandachapel, on August 17, 2008 15:35

It has come to my attention that @aMANdaChapel / Brian has been harassing Loïc Le Meur in reference to me. I am proud to say that Loïc Le Meur is not listening to to @aMANdaChapel / Brian. If @aMANdaChapel / Brian feels that I am putting the Seesmic community at risk then @aMANdaChapel / Brian should be allowed to address the community on Seesmic. In fact I welcome the idea of having @aMANdaChapel / Brian with us on Seesmic. I am all about transparency of ideas and do not like the cliches of name calling and libel that is happening right here. Nothing beats seeing someone's eyes.

still spinning Brian? When was liking talking to girls a crime? or even if I did say something outrageous... which it is not, but if it was... so what? should we all still assume that you are selling human flesh for Edelman and the PR world? This is complete hypocrisy. Further... Brian you did not get me kicked off twitter. Twitter and I are fighting over a different issue (my right to use feeds and their terms which changed arbitrarily and continues to do so) and like usual you are manipulating the story for your grandiose delusion of importance. – Noah David Simon, on August 17, 2008 14:43

I would like to know the context and actual spirit in which it was said. If it is as literal as you make it out to be, then it is fine ammunition for your... well, whatever your doing at this point. Haven't you won by getting him kicked off of Twitter? Or is beating a dead horse fun for you? :-) – cali_sunrise, on August 17, 2008 12:32
