A comment on the question "Why must Twitter keep messing with it's UI?" in Twitter:
It just seems so strange to me to just completely change the UI like that. I mean, I hit the update button to post something and, POOF! No warning. It just seems to me that there are more important things they can be doing (ie: failwhale) than changing the UI. Thas all... meh... – Lolagrrl, on July 18, 2008 02:13-

Why must Twitter keep messing with it's UI?Is that new look permanent?! PLEASE! Change it back! I really liked having the tabs where they were instead of that crappy left-hand nav-bar... and what happened to my Tweet counter!?
Please, please, please change it back to the old interface!

...And I quote Dayngr:
If there is some sort of TOS violation wouldn’t one get a warming first or at least a notice that something, like the suspension of an account, has occurred? Since people have the ability to opt in to follow or opt out if they prefer not to why is there even a need for banning or suspending accounts.
Many twitter users use their cell phones and PDAs to stay connected. This costs us money and makes money for twitter. You’d think they’d let us decide who we want to read and who we choose not to. Censorship sucks.

Well... That's the thing. Nobody is really sure WHY he was banned... but it seemed to happen shortly after "The Breasts of Twitter" was launched. However, that site is NOT a Twitter site and it has a disclaimer about not being associated with Twitter. Furthermore, the site contains material submitted to him by people who follow him on Twitter ... Why aren't those people banned then?

How come the 1st Ammendment doesn't count on Twitter?FoulBastard - A very funny and truly sweet person has been banned from Twitter and we would like him back. Was he banned for making a blog and promoting it on Twitter? Is it because said blog contained USER SUBMITTED material from Twitter Subscribers? Or is it simply the fact that Twitter is its own country and does not recognize FREE SPEECH?-
