Okay, after reading a bunch of Forums, this is what finally worked for me. May not solve everyone's issue, but it looks good so far for my issue. I was not able to sync every appointment. I was only getting appointments sent by other people and recurring appointments. mhamilton11 directed me to download the Microsoft Live Maps Add-in for Outlook via the following address:

Then, using the control panel remove software function, I promptly uninstalled it. I then rebooted my computer and re-synced with iTunes. I can now see my other appointments.

I had also scanned and repaired my pst folders and checked to make sure that anything saved to the folder was using the IPM designation versus WebEx.

Maybe others will have luck with this information as well. It came from mhamilton11 here. For some reason I couldn't quote him, but I'm new here, so I haven't figured it all out yet.
