After a lot of use, my buttons stop working occasionally. Sometimes they have to almost get warmed up for them to start working again.

Is this a wireless guitar? If so, it looks like the detachable neck doesn't always line up right, and that's the issue. Apparently you can exchange it for a better one, but if it's older, you might have to contact activision.
